Information we may collect

  • Account and contact info (e.g., email) when you sign up or contact us.

  • Device and usage info (e.g., device model, OS, app events) for debugging and analytics.
  • Location data (GPS coordinates and administrative area data) used for hyperlocal service operation (subject to in-app permissions).

Location data and public exposure scope

  • We collect GPS/location data to find nearby neighbors and provide hyperlocal features.
  • Location shown to other users is limited to Kelurahan-level (or equivalent coarse administrative area).
  • Full street-level address is not exposed to other users in public feeds/lists by default.

How we use information

  • Provide and operate app features (community, marketplace, auction, jobs, and related services).
  • Prevent abuse/fraud and keep the service secure.
  • Handle incidents/disputes, compliance obligations, and support requests.

Data security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption and access control, to protect personal data in transit and at rest.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers used to operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics) and when required by law.

Data retention

You can request account deletion at any time. Deletion requests are accepted immediately. Final deletion is executed after a 30-day monitoring window. This window is required to protect users in marketplace/auction incident cases where bad actors may attempt immediate account removal to erase traces.
